usage from cli:
  X/A Y/A PATHILBM/A

  X Y : coords for the window
  PATHILBM: pathname of ilbm picture

example:

  picputter 400 50 Data:images/bodyeye.ilbm

files:

  picputter/
     picputter          (executable)
     picputter.readme   (this file)


N.B.:
  the picture must be remapped with your public-screen's palettes.
