FV 2.1 BETA

This is a very early BETA which suits my own purposes nicely
at the moment.  It is however quite useable already for use
within a filemanaging program like DOpus.

The main things it doesn't do at the moment are:

- No WB support
- No filerequesters
- No AGA/ECS support
- No IFF/PCX/BMP/Datatypes support
   
It features at the moment:

- CyberGFX support
- GIF and JPEG support
- Sorting, AmigaDOS patterns and recursive dir scanning
- Autoscaling
- Configurable screenmode selection
- Function keys can be assigned actions
- Unlimited predecoding of pictures in memory

The main purpose of this release is to get it tested on
different configurations to see if the current program is
stable.  Bugreports and suggestions welcomed!
