This little program will play back standard IFF type anims in a window
on a Workbench screen. Animations must be DPaint III compatible. If animation
is not recognized by WinPlay it can be converted to DPaint3 format using one
of the many conversion tools on the Aminet.

- View as many anims as memory will allow
- Delete currently viewed anim from a disk from within a program
- Frame-by-Frame preview
- Variable speed playback
- Switch between Workbench and anim palettes or merge the two
- Capture a single frame to an IFF file
- Capture specifed range of frames to IFF files (user specifies first frame,
  last frame, and increment)
- Extend capture to include the entire Workbench screen.
- Display some very basic information about current anim.
- Version 1.31 fixes some bugs that occured in version 1.3 (Release 3), like
  occasional crashing when trying to switch palettes.
