An anim player for normal IFF ANIM opt 5 (DPaint III,...) files or ANIM
files crunched with PowerPacker.  The decrunching is done automatically as
the file is read.  Features many command line options, palette change
during animation, full overscan PAL/NTSC support and yet it is only 7K.
Compatible with AmigaDOS 2.0.  Some new 2.0 features (Asl requester)
supported.
