After a long long research, finaly, I found this artefact.

This strange object named "Abadidon" was dropped in the
mistic land of Pranah.

As the Book of Wrath said, this is a real powered magic
artefact (it was forged by the ancient gods of Nebulah)

But, I don't know how can I use it.
