This all new Citizen Band Radio controller will sellect frequencies
25.965 Mhz (-99) to 27.705 (70) with all the half channels amongst
the original 40 channels.

Requirements:

      CBScan requires both Workbench 2.04+ and reqtools.library v38.
As of v1.94,  CBScan is no longer Workbench 1.3 compatible.

        CBScan also requires a Citizem Band Radio with a compatable 
Phase Lock Loop Chip.
