DriveLED let you monitor the disk activity of a choosen device in workbench
title bar.

Options in Tooltypes (Example):

DEVICE=brcm-emmc.device     ;the device to monitor
UNIT=1                      ;the unit to monitor
RIGHTOFFSET=20              ;the offset from the right side of the screen. Set
                             it higher,
                            ;if you already have elements in title bar
LEDCOLOUR=red or green      ;disabled = red for write and green for read
