JoinSpliter v1.11 by Deniil 715! for OnyxSoft

Some features of this program is:
 It doesn't make headers.
 The files doesn't need to have filenames like f.ex. splfile.001,
 splfile.002, splfile.003 etc.
 You can make it compatible with all joiners/spliters that don't
 crypt files or puts a header at the END of the file(s).
 You have three split-modes, "Fixed size" between 1-8000Kb,
 "DiscOptimizing" where it fills the f.ex. disks to the limit and
 "Number of files" where you specify how many files you want!

Version 1.11 can handle the recognision of the file-series
much better than v1.1.
