When your logfiles grow too big, LogSizer trims away the oldest
lines, keeping as much as you set in the configfile. This also
defragments your logfiles.

LogSizer will automatically detect if a logfile is 'TrapDoor style'
(Has an empty line between each block of logentries) and cut
accordingly.

1.2 - Forgot to add rexxsupport.library in the script. How stupid...
      Added some security checks for bad args etc.
