Once, long ago, before humans existed (and before dinosaurs), there lived a
race of worms. Every 500 years, special worms were picked to fight the evil
"SHADOW WORMS", which look just like the ordinary worms, but were
extremely stupid and thought they were invisible except for their shadows, which they thought was all they saw.

Anyway......

T H E  P L O T
--------------

Rang Whang, a wormshifter was banished from the OuterWorm to the Earth for his poor jokes and terrible Worm Major impressions.
He spend half of eternity there, when one day (as he was on his way to the
shops) he discovered a evil half-worm called Woro, who was a comedian,
except he wasn't any good. Rang Whang became Woro's mentor, and Woro his
attentive student. They plotted and schemed, and came up with an ingenious
masterplan to rule all of the Earth. Every 500 years, Rang Whang and Woro
would hold a tournament where the bravest warriors from each Realm (oh, I
forgot to mention : The Earth was split into 7 Realms in those days) would
fight to the death for leadership, but it was futile against the allpowerful
minion of Rang Whang : WHAO RAHN.

Rang's dominance was assured.

You, a brave lone warrior worm, must put an end to this evil tyranny, by
winning 10 battles in each Realm.

Rang Whangs soldiers named SHADOW WORMS are ready and waiting....
