Simply dismounts drives/volumes by calling the Assign
command for a device and it's volume with the only one
parameter specified.

To dismount a drive by Assign you'll have to call it
both for device (DH0:) and volume (System:).

Dismount will do it for you! You only need to pass the
volume or device name. Dismount will find the lacking
dev/vol name and dismount both (or dismount the device
only, when there's no volume inserted).
