  WPen {r,g,b,precision}
    - window pen remapped to any colour in the screen

  IconShape { shape number, icon } 
    - turns an icon into a shape (inc newicons!)

  UAE {}
    - returns True if the user's Amiga seems to be UAE

  FloppyAccess {}
    - returns True if a floppy drive is being accessed

  PointerOn {} / PointerOff {}
    - turns mouse pointer on or off for all windows
