Installation: Copy the bin/a52.library file into your sys:libs directory

To use the library you'll need to call only one function to retrieve your
decoder structure:

AVCodec ac3_decoder = {
    "ac3",
    CODEC_TYPE_AUDIO,
    CODEC_ID_AC3,
    sizeof(AC3DecodeState),
    a52_decode_init,
    NULL,
    a52_decode_end,
    a52_decode_frame,
};

This structure contains the adresses of the decoder functions and the codec
type.
