Sixteen bugfixed and eight new datatype descriptors (the files
located in devs:datatypes/ used by AmigaDOS 3.x to determine
the type of a file).

Fixed descriptors:
ADPCM, Binary, GZIP, Lha, LZX, NRoff, PBM_P1, PBM_P4,
PostScriptBIN, QRTV39, QRTV43, Sample Vision, Tar-GZip,
TX16W, UUCoded and Zip.

New descriptors for cli.datatype:
Arc, Arj, BinHex, Compress, Freeze, Rar, Stuffit and Zoo.
