TabCon is able to convert files saved using a tablen X into
files that do use a tablen of Y or spaces only.
 Useful when you are often using tablen 3 (for programming,
etc.) but you want to print it on another machine where
a tabstop at each 8th position is expected.
 Use TabCon to blow away these problems.
