This is a Windows '95 style taskbar, with virtual screens and
window iconification.
Hopefully, this version is much more stable than the previous
versions, and will also work with KickStart 2.
If you have KS3, you also need wbstart.library
(Aminet:util/libs/WBStart.lha).
If you have KS2, you need to get hold of wbstart-handler.
I'm not allowed to supply it with Ongo (I havent actually
asked for permission yet...), but it is included as part of
the ToolManager distribution.

Many apologies - 2.6 refused to work without datatypes library, which
is not present on KS2. This should now be fixed, but I still do not
have access to a KS2 machine to test it.
