thaicheck is a program to validate Thai text.

Binaries included for AmigaOS classic, OS4 and MorphOS.
Distribution is totally free.
This is a simple program written in C. It verifies that a text file,
written in Thai TIS-620 coding has correct sequences of consonants,
vowels, diacritics and punctuation according to the official
WTT standard.
