These macros supply the interface between TurboText 2.0 and 
SAS/C++ 6.5x.  They were accidentally left out of the TTX 2.0
distribution.

Features include online help, easy installation, and complete control
of the compiler/scopts/scmsg via menu/keyboard from TTX.  

This archive is freely distributable, so long as it is not altered.
If you extend the capabilities of these macros in any way, I'd love
