Features:
- available sizes: 8, 11, 13, 15 and 18 pt.
- good contrast (even big sizes).
- easy to read (even small sizes).
- a proportional _and_ a monospaced version of each size.
- blank and decimal digits of the proportional version have all the same
  width (to avoid ugly looking numerical tables and decimal tabulators).
- all 256 characters of the font are defined.
