This little patch allow user to choose the language of
amiwm's Intuition menu.

In fact in only allow a choice while compiling amiwm
but I made it quickly because I want it for me.

For now it include original language : English, and
I have added French (because I am french)

In order to use it, just modify the Makefile's var LANGUAGE
with the value "FRANCAIS" for French, or anything else
for English.

To apply this patch, just replace original files by patch files
