Animations Converter 1.0 ist ein Tool zur Konvertierung von Animationen und zur
Encodierung von MPEG Videos.
Es können mehrere Animationen in einem Durchgang konvertiert werden.
Die Nutzeroberfläche inklusive Sprechblasenhilfe ist deutsch.

History:
V1.1 -Design verbessert, größere Buttons
     -Fenster wird jetzt automatisch zentriert.
     -Tastaturkürzel für nahezu alle Funktionen, erkennbar am Unterstrich
      in der Beschriftung, TAB wechselt Felder.
     -Fehler: MPEG war auf 10000 Frames limitiert.
     -Fehler: Mit abgeschalteter Suffixanpassung wurden keine Einzelbilder
              konvertiert.
     -Fehler: MPEG benötigt je nach Qualitätseinstellung min. 10 Frames
     -Fehler: Für großformatige IFF-Anims reichte Buffer nicht, Tooltype
	      für BUFSIZE hinzugefügt.
     -Fehler in der Anleitung: Bei Bildserien muss die Bildnummer als Suffix
	      angehängt sein.
