Hi all Raytracing freaks !

This is a special version of PoV-Ray for the A4000. It has a few 040
optimizations in it so that it's slightly faster than the normal
881-Version.

New Features:

  - 68040 optimized
  - Uses RegisterArguments for functioncalls
  - about 10% faster than the 881-version
  - complete new Displayroutines !!!
      - Uses SetAPen() and WritePixel() ( no more Bitmap-poking)
      - New Displayoption +d8. This option displays the picture in
        640x512 HAM8 Mode (hope it will work on NTSC-MAchines). A special
        algorythm loads the colour registers the time the picture ist
        rendered. So there are no mor HAM-Errors anymore. Rendering takes
        a little bit more than without any displaying.
      - Bug in displayroutine fixed that makes rubbish on the screen
        if you rendered with +a option.
  - Uses only PAL-Screens (sorry, I hope to change this soon !!)
