'STAR GAME' Bonus Feature Added.
Added Bank Roll: Win/Lose history now recorded for each account.
Added & changed statistics: winning hands now displayed as 1/x.
Added card-gfx to display Double, AcesHigh, StarGame & AceStar games.
Fixed a bug in the suggestion routine.
Fixed a bug in the highscore screen/input (character problem).
Updated all Obsolete WWW/Mail Info.
