This is a small utility designed to assist with designing ships for the
PBEM game "Galaxy" by Russell Wallace.

    Designing ships requires a large number of calculations in order to get
the desired speed, shield and weapon ratings. This program lets you specify
the ship design, and displays the speed and shield ratings for a fully
loaded and an empty ship.


    This program is freeware. It may be distributed freely, provided it is
not modified in any way. You may charge at most a minimal copying fee.
