Longer description:
Programmers can use new MEMF definitions to request memory that is private to
their task(s). This will protect memory in variuos ways. Enforcer needs to be
running.

This is still a beta release. It contains bugs. (None that I know how to fix.
The unknown ones I can probably fix.)

Explicitly allowed for distribution on the AmiNet CD-ROM by Walnut Creek.
If Fred Fish ever sees this he may include it in his Fish series.
