DESCRIPTION

  Small utility to make screenborders black.  Makes your Workbench look
  better when using overscan mode.

  This package contains the source code.

  Running Blackborder twice will toggle the border on/off.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  OS 3.0 or higher.
