Fast linear 18-bit Truecolor Chunky to Planar converter.

         a fast 18bit truecolor ham8 c2p routine by ASA/Cirion
                Modified from Peter Mcgavins Gloom c2p
  On 030/28Mhz machine this takes 1.6 frames from processor to convert
                         ( 160*100 2x2 screen )
         Then blitter is activated to do 1 blit for every plane
                     Long word writes to chipmem !
                           Double buffering !
                                Linear !
