Wget buildt with ssl support. 

Notes:
Configured to use random-file in /etc/randfile and not checking for certificates trough /etc/wgetrc.
 
Requires:
* Ixemul/ixnet v61.1 ( will do recompile to 48.3 )
* http://amiga.sourceforge.net/OpenSSL/ 0.9.7e!
