|
tablePlug is a MUI-based HTML image cataloguer. It will scan any directory
and will create the HTML files and the thumbnails so that you can use
your browser to navigate through the catalogs.
Features:
- Easy to use, but *very configurable*: background images, colors,
order of elements, which elements should be displayed and in what
order, JavaScript events...
- Generates HTML 3.2 compliant code.
- Supports images and dirs in the same level.
- Uses external ARexx programs to control image processing software to
generate the thumbnails. Currently ArtEffect, TVPaint, GFXCon and
ImageStudio are supported. More to come.
- The user can tell tP to use diferent ARexx modules to create diferent
image-types thumbnails.
- The original images and the catalog files (HTML and thumbnails) may
reside in diferent dirs.
Requires:
- AmigaDOS v3.0+.
- MUI v3.8.
- BetterString.mcc (included in this distribution archive).
- You should have the appropiate datatypes (JPEG/PNG) installed.
New for v1.1:
- Now inserts <head> tags correctly.
- Added an option to link an external CSS file.
- A couple of minor issues solved.

IMPORTANT:
Due to a severe lack of time I'm no longer able to work on tablePlug.
I'm *not* giving up with it, but in the next months I won't be able to
work on it, nor my other projects.
Because of this, together with the low number of registered users, I've
decided to release this version as freeware, so everybody can use it freely.
My website is currently down... I have to find another server to host it.
It won't take much time,. I hope.
