This is the second of the AMIGA CHATLINE ORGANIZATION's information packages
to create "common sense" standards for chatlines. There is an explosion of
new chat servers coming online. The days of being boxed in to 3 main chat
networks has ended; But, AMIGA owners are completely unaware of this
current "explosion" of chat networks. Here's a start to enter the New Age
of Internet-Chatline communication. Please give serious thought to founding
channels that promote learning and the Amiga. This "party" channels ONLY
mentality is NOT one that We adhere to ! You may post ANY part of this
archive on web pages;except for Chatlines-AmIRC, used by written permission
from Olli Wagner. (Also submitted to Amazing Amiga magazine for possible

Otherwise this archive MUST remain intact for distribution..freely.
Note: This package version is being realeased pre-maturely. It is NOT
perfect; BUT this information is so important that, I am releasing it
