Gebuehren96 allows you to calculate the telephone fees for
calls within Germany. It has a GUI which allows you to
enter the duration of the connection, tarif zone and selection
of workday/weekend tarif. Since V39 routine GT_GetGadgetAttrs
from gadtools.library is used, you can't use this with
AmigaOS 2.x (sorry for my lazyness).
Version 1.1 is an update to 1.0, which incorporates some changes
for the new tarif from 1.7.96 on.

As a bonus a beta version of calcfees96.c is included, which
allows you to evaluate the phone costs caused by AmigaUUCP
from UUSPOOL:Timelog.
The archive contains AmigaDOS binaries, and full source
of calcfees96.c.
