CPS-Ratio is a very short (but powerfull!) ARexx script for the Prometheus
Mailbox System (very popular in Germany) which checks on every logon
the connect speed and sets the user download-ratio as configured for
this speed. E.g. -> When a user connect with 2400 bps CPS-Ratio can give
free-dl and when the user use a faster connect this tool can set a lower
ratio.
At this time the archive contains a german installation text only. If
