CDDC (V1.4) is a easy to use CD-Rom Door, that allows BBS-users to generate
a batchfile containing filenames (including pathes) to selected files.

A batchfile (made by the used BBS) can be passed to this program, the name
of this batchfile can now be changed (had to be "ram:cddc.batch").

Directory description-files like "FILES.BBS" can be used to supply the user
with information about the files.

Number of selected files and total length are displayed on every page, the
batch can be easily edited.

Update contains some bugfixes (1.0 to 1.2), showing full pathes in list
window (1.21), allowing to somehow modify output of FILES.BBS (1.2)
and now allows to change the batchfile's name (for multi-line systems).
Due to request it is possible to use the numeric keypad as controlpad -
i.e. 8 and 2 scroll up and down, 1 and 7 go to end or start of list and
3 and 9 scroll pages.
