Displays a list, similar to that given by FAA in the file menu,
only for all validation holding areas.  Includes total space
occupied by the files in each area, and the cummulative total of
all files waiting to be validated.

For use online and/or offline.

History:

21 March    1994 - Fixed silly bug that caused output to wrap if the
                   file description contained a newline.

                 - No longer tries to display files in an empty file.dat
