Using a configuration for defining meanings for the mask bits, you can
toggle user access with this editor. You will be presented the rights
of an individual user in a verbose format. Can find the specified user,
and you can specify him/her a new mask value or edit it. Can also list
mask values for all of your users. Includes full source code and Finnish
