What does it do ?
-----------------

- simply generates files for the newsflash in the same way newsall.rexx
  does, but it's x-times faster (where x is >100000......) ;-)

Parameter :

INFILE      : path+name of the original newsfiles without any ansis
OUTFILE     : optional parameter to create other files than News and
              News.Ansi
